In adciit;ion, the <br /> �r City Administrator is to write a letter to <br /> � the L.M.C.D. requesting that the L.ifI.C.D. <br /> review the application in light of the same <br /> � matter. The Administrator will then put the <br /> Vorth Star Marina application back on the <br /> s Council agenda after the staff has received <br /> the reports from the Planning Commission <br /> S and the L.M.C.D. The Council further <br /> directed the City Attorney to review P�iika <br /> � Scheller' s inspection report of the North <br /> Star r4arina facilities. The City Attorney <br /> at this time, reminded the Council that there <br /> were three issues to be decided: 1. the <br /> seawall and dredging; 2. concerns water slips <br /> themselves; 3. the issue of land storage. <br /> The City Council at this time instructed the CASCO POINT PARK D�F, <br /> City Attorney to tile the Casco Point park <br /> deed. <br /> �aelsh moved, Butler seconded, to approve RESOLUTION #536 <br /> Resolution #536, a resolution concerning Ring Routes <br /> _ ring routes.
