Again in your packet is a memo from the attorney concerning <br /> the election decision that the Council must make. The Council is <br /> going to have to make this decision very soon because if the <br /> decision is made to have a local election this year, the candidate <br /> signup time is from July 2 to July 16 . This means that the last <br /> time that the Council can make that decision is at the June 11, 1974 <br /> meeting. I hope that you will give this matter close consideration <br /> and I hope that we will be able to decide the matter on May 28 , 1974. <br />
