No shrubs shaH k�e ptanted <br /> on the top of the mound. Shrubs may be placed at the foot and sitle slopes of the mound. <br /> The side slopes of the mound will be 3 feet horizontal to 1 faot vertical (3:1). The soil ma#erial at <br /> the tae of the dike should be slightly iess permeable or somewhat tighter than the na#ural soil <br /> belaw#he mound.
