The plan depicts two curb cuts for the driveways. City code only allows one (Section 18-136). Also, if a parcel of <br /> land has frontage on both a cul-de-sac portion and a lead-in portion of the public road,the driveway shall be <br /> constructed off the lead-in portion of the road and not the cul-de-sac. (Section 18-81) <br /> 2. The plan depicts retaining walls.The City Survey standards retaining walls require top of wall and bottom of wall <br /> elevations to be called out(Survey requirement#23). Walls 4' or greater in height must be designed by a licensed <br /> professional,and plans must be submitted to the City for review prior to the approval of the permit. Tiered walls <br /> are considered one wall unless they are separated by at least twice the height of the higher wall are considered one <br /> wall. <br /> 3. The erosion control plan is not depicted. Plans should include the locations of erosion control measures such as silt <br /> fence, bio rolls, construction entrance and any other BMPs appropriate to the site.
