We have the following comments with <br /> regards to engineering matters: <br /> • Care should be exercised while final grading the backyard to ensure that runoff is <br /> directed either north or south of the proposed home. <br /> • Several proposed retaining walls are shown at or near 4'in height. If the proposed <br /> design height exceeds 4'or if field changes increase the height during construction, <br /> engineering design and details must be submitted for review. <br /> • This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control <br /> information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) must be <br /> submitted.
