As <br /> you know on August 13, 2015 an unresolved development issue was finalized. Staff conducted a preliminary review <br /> based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in order for your <br /> application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. The City Engineer has reviewed the revised survey dated 8-20-2015. Please provide two <br /> copies of an updated survey addressing the comment below. <br /> a. The northwest retaining wall is shown at 4.3 feet in height. Walls over 4 feet require an engineered <br /> designed plan signed off by a licensed engineer. Please provide. <br /> 2. Landscape Plan. Before we will issue the building permit we need a landscape plan for the property. The name <br /> of the landscaper performing the work must be shown on the landscape plan. Copy of Ordinance 146, Third <br /> Series is enclosed. <br /> 3. Separate City Permits Required for: <br /> a. Septic <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
