VILLAGE OF ORONO Regular Meeting o£ the Village Council , 7 :30 P.R4. November 24 , 1969 The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Ross , Councilmen Franzel , Searles , and Stubbs . Absent: Councilman Butterfield. Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the MINUTES r7inutes of the Regular Meeting of November 10, 1969 , be approved as written. Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . The Mayor announced that this was the time PUBLIC HEARING and the place for a Public Hearing concerning 19b9SL- 1 the proposed project of 19695L- 1 , an ivy Place Lighting improvement consisting of installing and maintaining of three residential street lig?Zts on ivy Place , Casco Point, The Village Clerk presente�l the Notice of Public Hearing and the Affidavit of Publication and the Certi£icate of nTailing to affecred property o��ners . The follcwing appeared: P�4. Shine. After a11 members of the public present were afforded an opportunity to be heard, the ]iearing was closed. Searles moved, Stubbs seconded, that RESOLUTION #313 Resolution #313 , A Resolution Accepting Preliminary And Final Plans And Ordering The Improvement 1969SL-1 , be adopted, 1�4otion , Ayes (4) - Nays (�) . Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that OR�INANCE N0. 109 Ordinance No. 109 , An Ordinance To Amend Cha�ter 50 Of The i�un�cipal Code Of Orono To Regulate The Operation Of Snow- mobiles , be adopted. �'�lotion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Searles moved, Franzel seconded, tllat the BUILDABILITY OF LOTS reQuest of P�rs . Ron Peterson , ��iayer, Minnesota, 1920 Fagerness Point Road for a determination of buildability of lots at 1920 Fagerness Point Road, be cienied, Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . R. L. Ehlers and Paul Gubrud were present FINANCING - SEWER f WATER to discuss the financing o£ the proposed PROJECTS se�aer and water projects .
