VILLAGE OF ORONO Regular rleeting of the Village Council , 7:30 P."9. November 10 , 1969 The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present : "�layor Ross , Councilmen Butterfielc�, Franzel , and Searles . Councilman Stubbs absent. Butterfield moved, Searles seconded, that a9INUTES the A9inutes of the Canvass Board R7eeting of NovemUer 5 , 1969 November 5 , 1969 , be approved. P�iotion, Ayes (=1) - Nays (0) . Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that DIVISI�N the reQuest by the Long Lake Development 780 Brown Road North for a division at 780 Brown Road North be allo�,►ed for tennis court purposes , provided it is in one piece. Searles moved, Butterfielc seconded, that ��ARIANCE the request of Sigrid Johnson , I790 Shady- 1790 Shadywaod Road tiaood Road, for a variance , be referred back to the Planning Commission. Motion, Ayes (4} - Nays (0) . Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that BUILDABILITY OF LOT the request of Belva Olsen , 574 Barrett 574 i3arrett Avenue Avenue , for a determination of buildability of lot, be referrec� to the Planning Commission. Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the COV�ITIONAL USE PERMIT conditional use permit for one year for 3485-3545 Shoreline Drive an 80-unit apartment building at 34R5- 3545 Shoreline Drive , be extended for one additional year , be approved.
