Prior to initiating site grading, the storm water pollution <br /> prevention plan,a��d the erosion contral plaa,Plan B,shell be implemented by the Developer and inspected <br /> and approved by the City. 'The City may impose additionat erosion control requirements if reasonably , . <br /> required. Al[areas disturbed by escavation and bac[cfiliir�g operations shall be reseeded within five(5)days <br /> ' after the completion of the work, �veather permitting, or in an area that is inactive for more than ten (10) <br /> days untess authorized and approved by the City Engineer: Except as othenvise provided in the.erosion . <br /> control plan, seed shatl be in eccordance with the City`s current seeding specification which may include ' <br /> certified oat seed #o provide a temporary ground c�ver as rapidly as possible.
