Thank you for providing scaled plans, printable on 11 x 17 size paper,we really appreciate it. <br /> We have reviewed the plans submitted and request the survey be updated to reflect: <br /> • The current location of all retaining walls. The landscape plan states all retaining walls are existing, but they <br /> don't appear to be in the same configuration as the approved plan. Top and bottom of wall elevations should <br /> be shown. <br /> • The trench drain and outlet. <br /> • The retaining wall and patio east of the house. <br /> • The front stoop. The front stoop on the original plan and landscape plan don't match. Please provide <br /> clarification. <br /> Please note split rail fences located in front yards cannot exceed 48" in height. <br /> Please update the survey and/or landscape plan and submit two copies of each for our review. The updated survey and <br /> landscape plan should match.
