Yes, the property is located in the RR-1 B zoning <br /> district, see the attached information sheet regarding Pools and Hot Tubs. Also, pool basins must be setback <br /> 10' from the house and/or any second story decks. <br /> I understand that the pool probably needs to be built within the easement but can we build it right on the <br /> setback and then do the concrete and landscaping into the conservation easement? There is no setback from <br /> the easement for hardcover; however no hardcover is allowed within the conservation easement, see attached <br /> Declaration of Covenants. Conditions, Restrictions and Easements. <br /> I just want to see what our options might be for adding it to this lot.
