The right elevation depicts a potential retaining wall that is not depicted on the Site plan. The wall depicted on the <br /> site plan shows a retaining wall of 4 ft. If during construction the wall exceeds 4 ft it will need a design signed by a <br /> licensed engineer. <br /> 2. The driveway is listed as conceptual. The actual driveway plan will be required prior to final approval. Note-the <br /> conceptuai driveway does confirm to city standards. <br /> 3.
