Development within Kintyre Two is subject to the Conclusions, Orders and Conditions <br /> enuinerated r�fithin Preliminary Plat Resolution No 5421. <br /> ' 2. The approvals b anted in this Resolution sl�ati become effective onfy wlien a�I conditions <br /> of approvAl requiring actions by the Developer have been satisfied. <br /> 3.
