Please have the survey updated to address the
following concerns:
1. Have the surveyor turn on or extrapolate the spot elevations and show contours.
2. There is a proposed retaining wall on the as-built survey. The proposed retaining wall on the east side of the
house on the edge of the conservation easement. Is this wall existing? Please provide clarification.
3. Top and bottom of wall elevations must be shown for all retaining walls.
4. Location of wetland buffer signs(see below)
5. Assure that the conservation easement area disturbed during construction has been restored and revegetated.
The MCWD inspected the site on April 13th. A copy of their email as below and their photos the photos they reference
are attached. Please address their concerns and contact them directly with any questions.
I inspected this site last month and it was not established with vegetation, nor had the septic area been stabilized. It may
look different now, but I also noticed some missing wetland buffer signs that I requested to be in place. This was not
corrected as of April 13th. I had also noted some of the inlet protection needed cleaning, which wasn't corrected either.
They did correct the perimeter control that I had asked to be re-installed.Attached are a few pictures from April 13th.
I've also included a better picture of the septic area from April 6tn
Best,
Lauren Sampedro
Lead District Representative
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
15320 Minnetonka Blvd
Minnetonka, MN 55345
952-641-4580
Once the above concerns have been addressed and/or resolved. Please provide one full-size copy of the as-built survey
for our review.
