This is a permit for entrance <br /> monuments for the Kintyre Two Development. There was no survey submitted with the application and <br /> plans, therefore we are unable to confirm if the entrance monuments meet City Code. <br /> It appears by the plans submitted that the entrance monuments meet the size and height requirement. <br /> The minimum distance from the property line must be 5 feet and 10 feet from a paved/traveled road. For <br /> a driveway serving three or more, the minimum distance between the monuments must be 22 feet. <br /> The following item must be submitted in order for your application to be considered complete and for the <br /> plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Please illustrate on a survey the proposed entrance monument locations. <br /> The entrance monuments must meet City requirements (see attached Entrance Monument <br /> Information Sheet). Have a surveyor stake the location for verification of location during the <br /> footing inspection. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
