Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the BUILDABILITY OF LOT request of Samuel Betts for approval of the 1920 Concordia Street lot at 1920 Concordia Street as a buildable lot, be approved. Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the 1��OVING PERT-TIT request of Roger Stubbs to move a 14 ' X 28 ' Ro�er Stubbs building onto his premises at 3020 IVatertown Road, be approved. �Totion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that TRANSFER OF FUNDS the request for a transfer of $15 , 000 from the General Fund to the Golf Couxse Fund to make our July lst payment on the Golf Course, be approved , h9otion, Ayes (5} - Nays (0) . Stubbs moved, Searles seconded, that the CONTRACT following recommendations from the Public Orono Golf Course tiVorks Director in regard to the Orono Golf Course, be approved: ?��otion , Ayes (5) - i�'ays (0) . These recommendations were: 1) rSr. Weigman submit a report to the Village once a month reporting his disbursements and receipts of the clubhouse oneration as required by the contract and also submit a report of man hours each month pertaining to the maintenance of the golf course, ' including R�r. ZUeigman's hours and that of other maintenance help. 2) The Village pay D�r. tiVeigman an additional $600. 00; $300. 00 in June, $300. 00 for July, with the understanding of reviewing the entire operation August l , 1969 .
