<br /> X SECTION 9.50. JUNK CARS, FURNITURE, HDUSEH4LD FUR11�'ISHINGS AND
<br /> APPLIANCES STORED ON PUBLIC OR FRIVATE PROPERTY.
<br /> It is unlawful to park or store any unlicensed, unregistered or inaperable motar vehicle lacking
<br /> essential parts,hausehold furnishings or app�iances,or parts or components thereof, on any property,
<br /> public ar private, �r►less housed within a la�vfully erected building. Any vioTatian of this Section
<br /> is declared to b� a nuisance and upon seven days written notice to the owner, as sho�vn by the
<br /> records in the office of the County Auditor, of private premises on which such material is found, tl�e
<br /> City may remove the sanie and certify the cost of such removal as any other sp�cial assessment.
<br /> For the purpose of this Section, an inoperable motor vehicie shall be de�ned as lacking, inctuding
<br /> but not limited to, parts essential to operatic�n, such parts being wheels, tires, motor, drive train,
<br /> battery, or having two or more flat tires, or having the interior, including the driver's position, used
<br /> for storage in such a manner that no person can operate the vehicle.

<br /> SECTION 9.55. MAINTENANCE�F PRIVATE PROPERTY.
<br /> SUBD. 1. It is the duty of the owner af every vacant properiy and tl�e o�mer anci occupant of every
<br /> oceupied property to maintain same in a neat, clean and presentable manner free of any junk, debris,
<br /> refuse, Iitter, deac�trees, or noxiaus weeds, and to remove ail ather public health or safety hazards
<br /> therefrom.
