This requirement was actually taken care of by <br /> Builders Development and Finance and the wetland buffer vegetation was growing nicely in August, <br /> 2008. But about a month ago the City's wetland consultant noted the buffer vegetation had been <br /> replaced by turf grass. <br /> This is a violation of City Code Section 78-1605(g) and of the conservation easement (see item 2 <br /> on page 2 of the enclosed copy of the easement). <br /> Please restore this area according to the enclosed plan before October 5, 2009.
