rsr}. . - RESOLUTION N0. 1012 • • TAX FORFEIT LANDS RELEASE FOR SALE Member Brad Van Nest offered the following Resolution and moved its adoption: WHERE4S, the City Council of the City of Orono has from tfine . to time received from the County of Nennepin Iists of lands ;n said municipality which became the property of the State of Minnesota, for non-paymenC of past real estate taxes; and WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said lists have heretofore been classffied b}i the Board of County ComQnissioners of Aennepin County, Minnesota as non-conservation Iand and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized bq said, Board of County Commissioners; and � WHEREAS, the City Council has received a request to authorize release for sale of one or more parcels of land described in said lists, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant to Minnzsota Statute 282, that the said classification by said Board of County Co�isaioners of each parcel of land described in said lists as non-conservation Iand be and the same 3s hereby approved, and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved, as fo�lows: . Lot 1, Block 1, Rearrangement �of Lots 42, 43 etc, W4��u��, (17-111-23 41 0001) is approved for sale to the ownex of adjacent Lvt Z o�t the condition that all �parcels under eonm�on•ownership be legally combined for tax purposes as one residen�ial parc�l (combination of parcels 0001, 0002 � and 0031) and that all outstanding special assessments shall be paid to the CiCy according to the original levis therefore.
