VILLAGE OF ORONO <br /> Regular Pleeting of the Village Council, 7 : 30 P.M. <br /> Apxil 14, 1969 <br /> The Villa ge Council met on the above date <br /> with the following members present: P�ayor <br /> Ross, Councilmen Butterfield, Franzel, . <br /> Searles , ai�d Stubbs . <br /> Butterfield moved, Franzel seconded, that r4INUTES <br /> the P-7inutes of the Regular t��leeting of March 24, <br /> 1969, be appxoved. P�-totion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Franzel moved, Butterfielcl seconded, that SPECIAL rtINUTES <br /> the A�finutes of the Special A�eeting of 1�7arch 31 , <br /> 1969, be approved, as amended, Motion, <br /> Ayes (S) - N,ays (0) . <br /> The following appeared: j�V. Torodor <br /> concernina application for drive- in theatre <br /> license. Dr. R. Delton and his attorney <br /> con�erning dog complaint. P�4r. Peterson, <br /> r-4r. Andrews, and r�7rs . Hollander concernin� <br /> division of property. T. Navratil concerning <br /> buildability of lot. P. Hanilton concerning <br /> golf course beer license. <br /> The Mayor announced that this tivas the time PUBLIC HEARING <br /> and the place for a Public Hearing on the Rt3zoning R-1D to B-1 <br /> matter of rezoning 3260 Navarre Lane from <br /> R-1D to B-1. The r�ayor asked if there were <br /> anyone present wishing to be heard on the <br /> matter. . The following appeared: G. Bock, <br /> T. . Rother, C. Stiles , J. T�artin, and D. Sipprell. <br /> After aIl members of the public present were <br /> afforded an opportunity to be heard, the <br /> hearing was closed. <br /> Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the REZONiA1G <br /> request of George Scherven for the rezoning 3260 Navarre Lane <br /> of 3260 Navarre Lane from R-lll to B-1 , be <br /> denied. l�totion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Stubbs abstaining. . <br /> Searles moved, Stubbs seconded, that the THEATRE LICENSE <br /> follawing theatre license application be <br /> approved: r�Iotion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Dr.ive- In Theatre of Navarre, Inc. <br /> Butterfield moved, Searles seconded, that �IVISIp�� <br /> the request of Hildur Hollander for a 325 SixtYi Ave.._e ::�^��:1 <br /> division at 325 Sixth Avenue North, be � <br /> re�e�red to the Planning Commission for <br /> review and recommendation, r��otion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br />
