The plans propose to <br /> replace the tiebacks and dead men for the existing seawalls on each side of the boat channel. We have the <br /> following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • Provide a consVuction plan clearly showing the extents of the tieback repairs and construction <br /> limits to the seawalls on both sides of the channel. <br /> • The tieback and dead men design is adequate and in compliance with the International Building <br /> Code. <br /> • We understand that Bonestroo will be providing construction observation for the project. <br /> Construction observation should occur prior to casting the concrete for the tiebacks.
