Work Order No.: 1 <br />State Project No.: S.A.P. 152-103-004 <br />Address: 8800 W Hwy 101 Frontage Rd, Shakopee, MN 55379 Federal Project No.: -na- <br />Contract No.: -na- <br />Job Location: Watertown Rd, Orono, MN <br />In accordance with Standard Specifications 1103 and 1403 you are hereby authorized and instructed to do the work described herein. <br />The original contract provided for various drainage improvements throughout the project area including ditch grading and culvert <br />replacements. However, it has been determined that additional storm sewer and grading improvements are needed to properly drain <br />various locations including replacing an existing culvert at 2400 Watertown Road and installing a drainage structure at 4105 to <br />connect a new culvert to an existing drainage system. <br />Therefore, as directed by the Engineer, the Contractor shall install a 6" draintile in the north ditch adjacent to 2400 Watertown Road to <br />a new drainage structure at the intersection of Willow Drive and Watertown Road and shall install a drainage structure at 4105 <br />Watertown Road, to connect a new culvert to existing infrastructure. Miscellaneous grading is also required to better direct water <br />runoff. <br />The contractor shall provide all equipment, material, and labor to complete the work associated with various items described above <br />and listed below. <br />This extra work will be paid for with Group #1 funding (S.A.P 152-103-004). <br />In accordance with Mn/DOT Specification 1403, the Engineer issues this Work Order to add the additional work items in accordance <br />with all applicable specifications and as directed by the project supervisor. <br />This work is not expected to become, or affect the Controlling operation.
