The preliminary plat was approved duly 27, 2015. <br />Chamberlain Capital LLC became the owner of record on June 17, 2016. The preliminary plat approval <br />was extended for one year by council vote on July 25, 2016. <br />The following revisions were made to the documents which are enclosed with this submittal. <br />1. Septic fields on lots 1 & 4 were repositioned to make more optimal use of both lots. <br />2. The home on lot 1 was rotated 90 degrees and its driveway relocated. This new orientation will <br />provide for a shorter driveway and matches the other home orientations in the subdivision <br />relative to Lillian Lane. <br />3. An entrance monument easement was added on the south side of Lillian Lane to mirror the <br />monument easement on the north side of Lillian Lane. <br />4. A maintenance easement was added to lot 5 encompassing an area which includes the filtration <br />basin in favor of the HOA, City of Orono and Minnehaha Creek Watershed District to facilitate <br />non -owner access for monitoring and maintenance purposes. <br />Enclosed Application Materials <br />1.
