The project <br />has since come under new ownership and the new developer, Paul Cameron of Chamberlain <br />LLC, requests final plat approval in order to finalize the project and proceed. The Developer has <br />completed or has agreed to complete all requirements established at preliminary approval in <br />order to gain final plat approval. <br />Items of Note <br />- The Developer has submitted for Council approval plans for a matched set of subdivision <br />monuments to be located either side of the private road entrance onto Old Crystal Bay Road <br />(see Exhibit E). <br />- The private road will be named Lillian Lane in honor of Lillian Stubbs. <br />- Building pads will be graded on Lots 2 thru 6, creating new Engineered Grades to establish <br />Existing Ground Levels for individual building purposes. <br />PLEASE REVIEW THE DRAFT RESOLUTION, DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, <br />AND COVENANTS. Staff and City Attorney have drafted the Resolution and Agreement, and <br />the Developer's attorney has drafted the Covenants. The Covenants have been reviewed by staff <br />and the City Attorney and appear to address all topics required based on the Preliminary Plat <br />Approval Resolution. <br />#15-3749/16-3858 <br />
