Council <br />Exhibit B <br />September 12, 16 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />CRYSTAL BAY RETREAT <br />FILE #16-3857 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under <br />the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has <br />adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br />land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 13, 2015, the City Council considered the preliminary plat <br />application by George Funk and Judy Rogosheske (hereinafter collectively the "Applicants") for <br />subdivision of property located at 540 Old Crystal Bay Road South identified as property identification <br />number (PID) 04-117-23-42-0023 and legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, "White Oak Overlook, <br />Hennepin County Minnesota", Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, on July 13, 2015, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 6520 granting <br />Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed subdivision of the Property into two (2) single family residential <br />lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants have completed or have agreed to complete all other <br />requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br />1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 6520. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of Drainage and Utility Easements as required in Resolution No. 6520. <br />3. Dedication of Wetland Flowage and Conservation Easements as required in Resolution No. 6520. <br />4. Dedication of a Public Trail Easements as required in Resolution No. 6520. <br />5. Executing of a Declaration of Covenants for Protection of Sewage Treatment Sites as required in <br />Resolution No. 6520. <br />6. Provision to the City of a title opinion for the Property and certified copies of all recorded easements <br />currently affecting the Property. <br />7. Payment of Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $5,550.00. <br />8. Payment of Storm Water and Drainage Trunk Fee in the amount of $7,680.00. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
