Grantor shall submit to the MCIM annually a brief written report that <br />describes stormwater facility maintenance activities performed under this Agreement, <br />including dates, locations of inspections and the maintenance activities performed. <br />11. Violation. Grantor (while it owns the Easement Premises) and thereafter its successors <br />and assigns in fee ownership of the Easement Premises are liable to the City and the <br />MCAD for performance under this Agreement, and the City and the MM may seek <br />any remedy in law or equity against the Grantor (while it owns the Easement Premises) <br />and thereafter against its successors and assigns in flee ownership of the Easement <br />Premises, to enforce this Agreement. <br />12.
