We have enclosed an official WCA Approval of Wetiand Type and Boundary form in <br /> Appendix D along with a USCOE wetland delineation concurrence request. Appendix E is <�n old <br /> approval from the City of Orono stating that this area is a created wetiand. Appendix F are historical <br /> aerials of the site dating to the 1930's which appear to ;�how that in the normal rainfall photc�s of 1940, <br /> 1953, 1957, 1964, 1979, 1984, 1991, 1997, 2003, 2008, and 2013 the pond was generally in the same <br /> area although it was excavated deeper in 1995. The pcmd shape appears to be the same today as in the <br /> 1997 photo which is the first photo after the excavation in our photoset. <br /> Conclusion <br /> This wetland delineation meets the standards and criteria described in the 1987 U.S. Army C��rps of <br /> Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual and the August 2010 Regional Supplement to the Gorps of <br /> Engineers Wetland Delineation: Midwest Region. This was a Routine On Site Determination and the <br /> results reflect the conditions present at the time of the clelineation. <br /> If any wetland impacts are planned for this project, perrnits would be necessary from the LGU (City of <br /> Orono} and other agencies. <br /> I certify that I reviewed the field analysis and wrote the �eport for this wetland delineation. l�hank you for <br /> the opportunity to provide wetland services on this impc>rtant project. <br /> � �. ) ��3v Zv� <br /> Wayne E.
