Certificate of Survey. A survey dated May 29, 2015 was submitted with the application. Please provide two <br /> copies of an updated, full size certificate of survey which meets all of the City's survey standards (enclosed) <br /> addressing the following: <br /> a. The property is located in the LR-16 zoning district which requires a 30' rear setback. The house is <br /> shown at 16.5'. Please modify the survey to show the house in a conforming location. <br /> b. A retaining wall is shown and it's not labeled as existing or proposed. Please clarify. <br /> c. The delineated wetland edge is shown on the survey. Please have the surveyor verify the edge <br /> matches the approved delineation and is noted with the delineators name and date of approval. <br /> Please note the City engineer has not reviewed the survey and there may be additional comments and/or <br /> changes forthcoming. <br /> 2. Building Height/Number of Stories Calculation. Since the house location must be adjusted, the building <br /> height and number of stories calculation was not completed. There may be additional comments and/or <br /> changes forthcoming. <br /> 3. Land Alteration and Hardcover Plan. According to recently adopted Ordinance No. 146, Third Series, a land <br /> alteration and hardcover plan shall be submitted with the survey or site plan and incorporated as part of the <br /> building permit approval. The land alteration and hardcover plan should include � exterior/landscaping <br /> improvements, i.e. patios,grading,sidewalks, retaining walls, etc. The plan should also include the individual <br /> performing the work. <br /> 4. Hardcover Calculations. The property is located in Tier 3 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District. <br /> Hardcover calculations are shown on the survey, however they are incomplete. Please have the surveyor <br /> prepare hardcover calculations, showing existing and proposed hardcover using the City's hardcover <br /> calculation worksheet. Attached is a copy of our hardcover information packet. <br />
