As requested, I have reviewed the revised plan dated 7/20/15 and offer the <br /> following comments for your consideration: <br /> 1. The proposed retaining wall on the southwest corner of the home has been changed from one 9'wall to two 4' <br /> foot walls. Because the walls are not separated by a distance that is twice the height of the bottom wall the <br /> design still requires an engineered plan signed by a licensed professional engineer. <br /> 2. Portions of the proposed swale on the northwest side of the house appear very narrow with steep side slopes, <br /> which will be difficult to navigate and maintain. Therefore, it is recommended that the grading p�an be revised <br /> to provide a drainage path that will direct runoff down the lot line and can be more easily maintained. The <br /> revised plan should include the area north of the retaining walls. <br /> Please let me know if you have questions. <br /> David P.
