<br /> Searles moved, Schmitt seconded, that the minutes MINUTES
<br /> � of the regular meeting of December 27, 1965, be
<br /> approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (Q).
<br /> The Oath of Office was admi.nistered to Mayor Ross, OATH OF OFFICE
<br /> Trustees Franzel, Searles and F3agley.

<br /> SEarles moved, Ba�ley seconded, that the Conmiercial COMI�RCIAL BUILDING PERMIT
<br /> Building Permit request of Douglas Nelson be approved DOUGLAS NELSON
<br /> subject to the condition that sanitary facilities be
<br /> installed by July l, 1966. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br /> Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the Building Permit BUILDING PER*1IT
<br /> Application of Clayton Fitzpatrick be approved subject FITZPATRICK
<br /> to the condition that it be connected to the Municipal
<br /> Sewer System and that a drainage easement be provided to
<br /> the Village. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
