Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> � <br /> � Welsh moved, Paurus seconded, to approve BUILDING PERMIT <br /> the building permit for Section 9 , Parcel 1100 Old Crystal Bay Road <br /> � 1200 at 1100 Old Crystal Bay Road, and <br /> grant an exception to the building moratorium. <br /> � Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> � <br /> • P�Iarty Walsh, the assessor, gave a report ASSESSOR' S REPORT <br /> on property taxes to the City Council. <br /> � <br /> � The Council reviewed the kennel license KENNEL LICENSE <br /> renewal for Wayside Kennels, which is Wayside Kennels <br /> � owned by Mr. Norman Larson. The following <br /> people in the audience had comments to <br /> � make in regard to the license; Michael <br /> � Down, Ms. Dantis, Mary Arvogast, Rosemary <br /> LeBruch, John Hollander, Del Franz , Frank <br /> � Child, Mrs. John Hammel, Mary Lou Degner, <br /> John Lanier. After the City Council <br /> � received comments from the public concerning <br /> this matter, the Mayor ordered this item <br /> � tabled until the February 25, 1974 meeting. <br /> The Council further instructed the City staff <br /> � to work with Frank Child and City attorney <br /> � to review the ordinance and present possible <br /> ordinance changes and staff recommendations <br /> ` concerning this license at the next Council <br /> meeting. <br /> i <br /> � Welsh moved, Paurus seconded, to instruct CITY ATTORNEY <br /> the City Administrator to select three law <br /> � firms to include the current law firm for <br /> • the purpose of receiving from them a <br /> statement for Council consideration <br /> concerning their services in the capacity <br /> � of City Attorney. The City Administrator <br /> � will report back to the Council at the time <br /> the dates for interviews have been established. <br /> � Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> • <br /> • The Council also decided at this time that CITY ENGINEER <br /> a decision for the consulting engineer would <br /> � not be made until the full Council is present. <br /> � <br /> � <br /> � <br /> � <br />
