LETTER <br /> � rate increase was ordered filed by the <br /> Council. <br /> • <br /> � The letter from the League of Ntinnesota LEAGUE OF rZIIVIdESOTA <br /> Municipalities concerning the movement r2UNICIPALITIES LETTER <br /> � of their offices was ordered �iled by <br /> the Council. <br /> • <br /> � The Village Attorney presented the final ORDINArICE NO. 160 <br /> copy of the Ordinance which the Council Reorganize Planning <br /> � previously passed concerning the revision Commission <br /> on the Planning Commission members terms <br /> • of office. <br /> � <br /> The Village Attorney further reported on SAC CASE <br /> � the SAC case and that no final decision <br /> � has been made by the court as of yet. <br /> • The Village Attorney informed the Council LEGISLATIVE BILLS <br /> of several legisl�tive bills which may be <br /> � of interest to them to include H.F. 2591, <br /> � H.F. 2068, & H.F. 636. <br /> • t�lelsh moved, Massengale seconded, to approve TRADE LICENSE <br /> � the following license: t�iotion, Ayes (4) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> • Allstate Plumbing Co. , Inc. - Plumber & <br /> � Sewer Hookup <br /> • ti��elsh moved, Massengale seconded, that the BILLS <br /> • Al1 Fund Accounts 15412 through 15462, to <br /> include the bill from the Viliage Attorney <br /> in the amount of $1, 422.68 and the bill from <br /> � ibnna Carlton, a member of the Human Rights <br /> �, Commission, in the amount of $51.55, and the <br /> Liquor Store Accounts 9841 through 9868, be <br /> +� paid. P�lotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> � At this time, Dr. Panuska appeared before the LUCE LINE TRAIL <br /> � Village Council to discuss a possible <br /> public hearing on the Luce Line Trail. The <br /> • pros and cons of the hearing were discussed <br /> and additional information was requested <br /> � by the Council. Dr. Panuska stated that the <br /> � trails committee ivould meet sometime between <br /> nova and the next Council meeting to discuss <br /> � the issue of the public hearing in more detail <br /> � and report back to the Council at a later date. <br /> The Council further suggested that the Park <br /> Commission should come up with recommendations <br /> � for individuals to fill vacancies in their <br /> • membership. <br /> • <br />
