Proposed is a rezonin� from RR-1B, One <br /> Family Rural Residential District to B-6/PUD for medical office use of the parcel. The <br /> intended use of the property is a 1�,000 s.f. one-story medical office buildin�; and <br /> `VHEREAS, the Orono City Council makes the follo�ving findin�s in regard to <br /> this application for rezoning and PUD General Concept Plan approval: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1.
