Only the structural engineer of record can do this. <br /> As the special inspections were completed, a Special Inspection Daily Report was prepared to summarize <br /> the results of our inspections and testing. A copy of this report was provided to the contractor's site <br /> representative for their review and records.As part of this report, items needing correction or <br /> discrepancies observed from the approved construction documents were noted. <br /> Plans and Specifications <br /> The provided plans and specifications or the plans available at the site were used for our inspections. <br /> AA/EOE <br />
