The system will have leak detection, overfill protection <br /> and will be 15 feet from ground water. <br /> To Whom it may concern: <br /> The plans for the above installation have been reviewed pursuant to <br /> Ninnesota Statutes, 1984, Chapter 299F.19. <br /> Preliminary approval is given for the aforementioned project subject to <br /> compliance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, State Fire Marshal <br /> Regulations, and local ordinances and permits. Construction shall be in <br /> conformance with Article 79 , Flammable and Combustible Liquids, contained <br /> in Minnesota Uniform Fire Code (1988 edition as amended) . <br /> Final approval will be given following an inspection of the facility by <br /> either your area local fire authority or Deputy State Fire Marshal. <br /> Approval of the prpject described in this letter does not relieve the <br /> applicant of resp�nsibility to other Federal, State or local agencies <br /> regarding adherence to regulations or the need to obtain necessary approval. <br /> Questions concerning this project should be addressed in writing to our <br /> office for a formal response. <br /> Please refer to the file number listed above in all future correspondence <br /> concerning this project. <br /> Yours very truly, <br /> T omas R.
