1 <br />' (2) Obtain a bid or bids for completing th�Contract in accordance with its terms and conditions, <br /> and upon determination by the Obligee and the Surety jointly of the lowest responsible bidder, <br />, arrange for a contract between such bidder and Surety, and Surety shall pay such bidder pursuant to <br /> such contract,while the Obligee shall pay the Surety the cost of completion, up to but not exceeding <br /> the balance of the contract price.
