Workmanship and materials <br /> shall meet state code and architect's approval. Performance and payment bond in the <br />' amount of bid plus change orders. Provide the following insurance for life of project: <br /> Workman's compensation and employer liability. <br />' Contractor's-con3pre�rensive geaeral-a�d autorriabi�e- liabilit}�-vvir'rch -protects - - <br /> contractor and City from property damage claims arising from operations under <br /> this contract, whether such operations be by the contractor or any subcontractor, <br />' or by anyone directly or indirectly emp]oyed by either of them. <br /> 1Vlinimum Limits-General Liability: <br />' Bodily Injury $500,000.00 each occurrence <br /> $500,000.00 completed operations <br /> Property Damage $100,000.00 each occurrence <br />' $200,000.00 aggregate <br />� Minimum Limits-Auto Liability: <br /> Bodily Injury $250,000.00 each person <br /> $500,000.00 each occurrence <br />' $100,000.00 each occurrence <br /> $200,000.00 aggregate <br />' In addition to the above, provide a $1,000,000.00 umbrella excess liability policy. <br /> Builders risk: By Owner. <br /> Building Permit: Obtained and paid for by Contractor. <br />' Payment: Each 30 days (10% withheld until completion). <br /> Bid Form: Contractor's stationary stating bid amount and scope of project. <br /> Guarantee: Two year material and labor from date of Owner acceptance. <br />' Completion Date: Sixty (60) calendar days from Notice to Proceed to complete <br /> Building Portion.
