Bid Form: Contractor's stationary stating bid amount and scope of project. Guarantee: Two year material and labor from date of Owner acceptance. ' Completion Date: Sixty (60) calendar days from Notice to Proceed to complete Building Portion. Grading and curb work to be completed by May 15, 1998. ' Liquidated Damages: $50.00 per caiendar day.
