Parten (hereafter "applicant" ) on Octaber 24, 1983; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has appraved the request by the applicant ta reraute a <br /> municipal sewer line that intersects the prapased building site far Lat 1 , Black <br /> _ 1, Carlwoad; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has fulfilled all af the conditions setfarth <br /> during the preliminary subdivision review; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has asked Cauncil ta apprave the issuance af a <br /> building permit fpr Lat 1, Block 1 , Carlwaad prior ta final subdivisian appraval . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby appraves <br /> the request of Carl D. Parten to apply far a building permit priar tp final <br /> •subdivisian appraval subject ta the fallawing canditians: <br /> 1. Prior ta issuance af a building permit, applicant must submit a <br /> survey designating the lacation and setbacks af the principal structure and <br /> location af all utility easements (existing and prapased) . � <br /> 2. All canstruction shall be subject ta the requirements of the S.t�ate <br /> Building Cade. <br /> 3. A certificate af occupancy will not be issued until the residence is <br /> cannected to municipal sewer and the plat has received final subdivisian <br /> appraval . . � <br /> 4. TYie applicant hereby agrees ta assume full risk in applying far a <br /> building permit prior ta the campletian af the rerauting of the municipal sewer <br /> line and that the City issues this building permit with the knawledge that sewer is <br /> already available ta propased Lat 1 thraugh an existing sewer line and applicant <br /> hereby agrees priar ta issuance of the building permit ta execute a Hald Harmless <br /> and Indemnificatian Agreementreleasing the City fram all financial abligatians <br /> resulting fram the praposed impravements . <br /> 5.
