The dial indicator reading <br /> information presented within this report is corre ated with a calibration chart for the proving ring to determine the ultimate bearing pressure of the soil. We incorporate a factor of safety of at least 3 to <br /> determine the allowable bearing pressure. <br /> The adequacy of the soils for support of the be ring pressure will be dependent on the in-place properties during site construction. The information presented within this report reflects the conditions <br /> encountered by STS on the indicated date. Ch nges within the in-place materials including but not limited to construction disturbance,moisture content and frost penetration may reduce the indicated <br /> bearing capacity. The SCP test results are vali at the location and elevation of the test only.
