The Sciiool Board is <br /> williiig to iielp in trying to establisii <br /> • some sort of traffic control system, preferably <br /> � a stop ligiit, at t�ie intersection. The <br /> scliool i�udget looked favorable for some money <br /> � to sliare in the cost of a stop ligIit but that <br /> tlie State and t;ie commwiity of Orono should <br /> S all share in tiie cost. <br /> � The Village Council tiien instructed t;ie <br /> Ciiief of Police to follow up oii the r�nuest <br /> � for a traffic study and see tiiat a copy of <br /> t�ie results are sent to tIle Sc�iool Board. <br /> • <br /> � T�ie Council iiistructed the Village staff to <br /> get the State Hig3iway llepartment involved <br /> � wit;i this problem and to draw u� a format for <br /> the snaring of the cost of stop lights amoiig <br /> � all cozicerned parties , <br /> • <br /> � T:ie VillaQe Attorney reported he is still UTILITY CORRIDORS <br /> working on aii ordinance regulating pul�lic <br /> � utility corridors . <br /> � <br /> The Village Council directed the Attorney to ORDIIVANCE <br /> � revise the Proposed Sewer Rate Penalty orclinance Sewer Rate Penalty <br /> � to read 45 days before penalty taould become <br /> effective and to add an 8o penalty to those <br /> uii aid b�lls which the Village Iias to levy at <br /> � t�ie end of eacii year. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
