The Owner shall hold harmless, indemnify,and defend the Associatio , <br /> and the Association's o�cers, directors, cornmittee rnembers, and management agents, from an <br /> against any expenses, claims, damages, losses, or other liabilities, including without limitatio <br /> attomeys' fees and casts of litigation, arising out of (i) any alteration which violates an <br /> governmental Iaws, codes, ordinances, or regulations, (ii) the adequacy or inadequacy of th <br /> specificatians or standards for construction of the alteration, and (iii) the construction of th <br /> alteration. <br /> 8.5 ', Exemptions.
