Such cost shall be a personal obligarion of the Owner and a lien against th <br /> Owner's Unit. Owners and Occupants shall promptly notify the Association of defects i <br /> or damage to those parts of the Property which the Association is obligated fo maintai . <br /> The' Board rnay require that the Owners perform their maintenance obligations i <br /> accqrdance with standards established by the Association. <br /> 9.5 Waste of Common Utilities or Commonlv Metered Utilities. An Owner o <br /> Occupant f a Unit shall not cause waste, or unreasonable use, of common utilities or utilitie <br /> that serve t e Unit hut which are commonly metered. In the event the Association determine <br /> that such ste or unreasonable use is occurring, the Association shaIl have the authority to lev <br /> against the',Unit (under Section 6.4, or otherwise), and charge to that Owner; the costs, charge , <br /> and fees (�Nhetfi�er billed by the utility provider, or otherwise) associated with that waste o <br /> unreasonab�e use. Such costs, charges, and fees shall be calculated by the Association usin <br /> reasonable methods. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Declaration, th <br /> Association may repair or correct any condition (and enter upon any Unit and Limited Commo <br /> Element to do so) causing the waste or unreasonable use. The cost of the repair or correctio <br /> may, at the Boacd's discretion, be assessed against the Unit, and may, at the Board's discretio , <br /> � be the gersona) obligation of the Owner of the Unit and a lien against the Unit <br /> 9.6 Restrictions on Changes to the Propertv.
