Except for those made by Declarant in consideration of its initial sale <br /> of a Unit and except as otherwise pravided in Section 8, no alterations (as defined in Section 8) <br /> shall be made, or caused or allowed to be made, in any part of the Common Elements, or in any <br /> part of the IjJnit which affects the Cornmon Elements or another Unit, or which is visible from <br /> the exterior�of the Unit, without the prior written authorization of the Board, or a committee' <br /> appointed by ii, as provided in Section 8.
