Pursuant to that Declaration of <br /> Easements, Restrictions and Covenants, the Association has the obligation to maintain <br /> those unpaved portions of Kelley Parkway lying within the Common Elements_ <br /> 9.2 Oationa] Maintenance bv Association. In addition to the maintenance described <br /> in Section 9.] the Association may, with the approval of a majority of votes cast in person or by <br /> proxy at a meeting called for such purposes, or by written ballot, undertalce to provide <br /> maintenance to parts of the Units. <br /> 9.3 Costs of Maintenance bv Association. All maintenance performed by the . <br /> Association under this Section 9 sha11 be funded by annua] Assessments or, if necessary, special <br /> Assessments, untess otherwise provided in this Section 9. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the <br /> Association reserves the right to levy and allocate the co'st of any maintenance performed under <br /> this Section 9 to one or more than one Unit, pursuant to Section 6.4. <br /> 9.4 Owner Respansibility.
