SECTION 2 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF UNITS, BOUNDARIES,AND RELATED EASEMENTS <br /> 2.( Units. There are fifty-seven Units, subject to the right of Declarant to subdiv de <br /> and convert Units pursuant to Section 16.
