<br /> 7.9.4 An Owner may rent or allow the use of the Storage Space assigned t his
<br /> c�r her Unit only to or by other Owners and Occupants. The lease or ather use right hal(
<br /> l�e in written form, and shall terminate when the lessor, lessee, or other user is no lo'�er
<br /> a�n Owner or Occupant, regardless of the terms of any agreement to the contrary. e
<br /> � dwner shail give the Association advance wricten notice of any lease or use agree ent
<br /> with respect�to the Storage Soace assigned to that Owner's Unii, and shail pro tly
<br /> provide a copy of the lease or use agreement to the Association. The Association ay
<br /> hold, reassign the license for, or rent, a Storage Space assigned to it in the same ma ner
<br /> s an Owner, except for the Storage Spaces reserv�d for use by Owners. ,
<br /> 7.9.5 The interest of a secured party holding a first lien or other security int est
<br /> dn a Unit shall include the license to any Storage Space which is assigned to the Unit, nd
<br /> said rights shall be included within the secured paRy's interest acquired in the event f a
<br /> foreclosure of the lien or other security interest.
<br /> 7.9.6 Any license, ]ease, rental, assignment, transfer, or purported transfe of -
<br /> any interest in a Storage Space in violation of this Section 7.9 shall be void. .
<br /> " 7.9.7 The use of the Storage Spaces, and the items that may be stored in the.
<br /> Storage Spaces, are subject to Rules and Regulations as approved from time to tim by
<br /> the Board.
<br /> 7,-10 Animals. The Board shall have the exclusive authority to regulate or prohibit�by �
<br /> ' � � the Rulel and Regulations, the keeping of animals on the Property; provided,that the Board �ay �
<br /> only perknit dogs (except Rottweiilers, Pitbulls, or poberman Pinschers),cats, small birds, s all �
<br /> fish, and other animals generally recagnized as domestic household pets (collectively referre to �
<br /> as"pets")to be kept on the Property, subject to the conditions set forth in this Section.
<br /> 7.10.1 Rules and Regulations may be adopted by the Association to regulat or
<br /> Frohibit pets on the Property, including, but not Iimited to, the type, size, and numbe of
<br /> pets allowed to be kept in a Unit; provided, that such Rules and Regulations are not
<br /> inconsistent with the Governing Documents.
<br /> 7.10.2 Pets shall be kept solely as common domestic household pets, o as
<br /> s atutorily authorized "service animals" by handicapped persons, and not for any o her
<br /> p rpose. No animal of any kind shall be raised or bred, or kept for busines or
<br /> c mmercial purposes,by any Person upon any part of the Property. '
<br /> 7.10.3 Pets shal! not be allowed to make an unreasonable amount of noise, o to
<br /> become a nuisance or a threat to the safety of Owners,Occupants,and their guests,
<br /> 7.10.4 Pets shall be housed only within Units, and �ot within the Com on
<br /> Elements. No structure, fence, or ericlosure for the care, housing, or confinement of ny
<br /> p�t shall be constructed or maintained on any part of the Common Elements or in ny
<br /> part of a Unit that affects or may affect another Unit or the Common Elements.
<br /> 7.l 0.5 Pets shall be under control of an adult individual at all times when out ide
<br /> of the Unit.
