<br /> 7.9.4 An Owner may rent or allow the use of the Storage Space assigned o his -
<br /> i or her Unit only to or by other Owners and Occupants. The lease or ather use righ shall
<br /> be in written form, and shall terminate when the iessor, lessee, or other user is no 1 nger
<br /> , an Owner or Occupant, regardless of the terms of any agreement to the contrary. The
<br /> - Owner shall give the Association advance written notice of any lease or use agre ment
<br /> ; tivith respect to the Storage Space assigned ta that t�wner's Unit, and shall pro ptly
<br /> provide a copy of the lease or use agreement to the A;sociation. The Associatio may
<br /> I hold, reassign the license foc, or rent, a Storage Space assigned to it in the same m nner
<br /> as an Owner, except for the Storage Spaces reserved for use by Owners. ,
<br /> 7.9.5 The interest of a secUred party holding a first lien or other security in erest
<br /> ,on a Unit shall include the license to any Storage Space which is assigned to the Uni ,and
<br /> said rights shall be included within the secured party's interest acquired in the even of a
<br /> I foreclosure of the lien or other security interest.
<br /> �, 7.9.6 Any license, lease, rental, assignment, transfer, or purported trans r of -
<br /> any interest in a Storage Space in violation of this Section 7.9 shall be void.
<br /> " 7.9.7 T'he use of the Storage Spaces, and the items that may be stored i the
<br /> �Stora�e Spaces, are subject to Rules and Regulations as approved from time to ti e by
<br /> the Board.
<br /> �7_10 Animals. The Board shall have the exclusive authoriry to regulate or prohib' , by �
<br /> ' � the Ral�e and Regulations, the keeping of animals on the Property; provided, that the Board may
<br /> only permit dogs (except Rottweillers, Pitbulls, or poberman Pinschers),cats, small birds,s all �
<br /> fish, an other animals generally recognized as domestic household pets (collectively referr d to
<br /> as"pet�')to be kept on the Property,subject to the conditions set forth in this Section.
<br /> ' 7.10.1 Rules and Regulations may be adopted by the Association to regula e or
<br /> �rohibit pets on the Property, including, but not limited to, the type, size, and numh r of
<br /> pets allowed to be kept in a Unit; provided, that such Rules and Regulations are not
<br /> �nconsistent with the Goveming Documents.
<br /> 7.10.2 Pets shall be kept solely as common domestic household pets, o as
<br /> statutorily authorized "service animals" by handicapped persons, and not for any ther
<br /> purpose. No animat of any kind shail be raised or bred, or kept far busines or
<br /> �ommercial purposes, by any Person upan any part of the Property.
<br /> � 7.10.3 Pets shall not be allowed to make an unreasonable amaunt of noise, r to
<br /> become a nuisance or a threat to the safety of Owners,Occupants,and their guests.
<br /> I 7.10.4 Pets shali be housed only within Units, and not within the Com on
<br /> �lements_ No structure, fence, or enclosure for the care, housing, or confinement of ny
<br /> pet shall be constructed or maintained on any part of the Common Elements or in ny
<br /> �iart of a Unit that affects or may affect another Unit or the Common Elements.
<br /> 7.10.5 Pets shall be under control of an aduit individual at all times when out ide
<br /> of the Unit.
