Each Owner shall obtain and maintain addi iona] <br /> personal insurance coverage (commonly icnown as "gap covera�e"or an "H06"policy) at is or <br /> her aw�n expense covering fire and other casualty to the interior of the Unit,the Owner's pe sonal <br /> property and personal iiability, and covering insurance deductibles that may be levied y the <br /> Associ�ation against the Unit. Insurance poticies maintained by Owners are without contri ution <br /> as against the insurance �urchased by the Association, except as to deductible amounts or other <br /> items not covered under the Association's policies.
