<br /> The flssaCiation may impose such reasonable Rules and Regulations as may be necessary o '
<br /> implement procedures for the leasing of Unics, consistent with this Section and applicahle la ,
<br /> including}�ut not limited to{i)a requirernent for a form addendum to be attached to each lease o
<br /> assure that the rights and authority of the Association and Owners and Occupants are recognize ,
<br /> and (ii) a requirement for the screening of lessees through a reputable, professional screeni g
<br /> organization; provided,that such screening shall not violate federal, state,or local discriminatiqn
<br /> laws. '
<br /> 7.6. DeleQation of Use. An Owner's right of use and enjoyment of the Unit shall e
<br /> automatic�lly delegated to other persons ]iving in the Unit pursuant to a legal right of possessio ;
<br /> provided, ;that such persons shail be subject to the Governing Documents and the Rules a d
<br /> Regulations. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Board, if persons other than t e
<br /> Owner or'the Owner's family (e.g., lessees) have been given the legal right to possess e
<br /> Owner's LDnit, then those persons shall have the right to use any recreational facilities, parkin ,
<br /> storage, and other amenities available by reason of.occupancy of the Unit in lieu of the Own r
<br /> and the Owner's family.
<br /> ' 7.7� Parkin . There are ninety-five Cornmon Element vehicle garage stat�s �
<br /> (collective�y the "Stalls," and individually a "Stall") in the lower level of the Building. e
<br /> Stalls and bther parking spaces on the Property shall be used only for parking of vehicles own d
<br /> or leased by Owners and Occupants, and such other incidental uses as may be authorized 'n
<br /> writing by the Association. A Stall shall not be converted to other uses or used for storage r
<br /> other purposes which would prevent the parking of a mid-size automobi3e in the Stall, except s :
<br /> authorized� in writing by the Association. The use of the Stalls, other parking spaces, a �
<br /> driveways�on the Property, and the types of vehicles and personal property permitted thereo ,
<br /> shall be subject to regulation by the Association, including, but not timited to, the right of t}�e
<br /> Associatio�to tow illegally parked vehicles or to remove unauthorized personal property.
<br /> � 7.81 Stalls. The Stalis shall be assigned to various Units; and the aperation an
<br /> transfer of�the Stalls shall be adrninistered, in accordance with this Section 7.8. The followi
<br /> conditionsiand restrictions shall govem the assignment, use,and transfer ofthe Stalls.
<br /> 7.8.! The initial assignment of a Stall to a Unit shall be made by the Associatio
<br /> as �iirected by Declarant at the time of the first conveyance of the Unit by Declaran .
<br /> Up n the closing of the initial sale of a Unit, the Assaciation shall, as directed b
