The Association may commence 1ega1 action to re over <br /> sums due, for damages, for injunctive relief or to foreclose a lien owned by �it, o any . <br /> combirpation thereof, or an action for any other retief authorized by the Governing Docume ts or <br /> availal�le at law or in equity, Legal relief may be sought by the Association against any O ner, ' <br /> or by an Owner against the Association or another Owner, to enfarce compliance wi the <br /> Governing Documents, the Rules and Regulations, the Act, or the decisions af the Associ tion. <br /> However,no Owner may withhold any Assessments payable to the Association,or take (or mit} <br /> other action in violation of the Governing Documents,the Rules and Regulations,or the Ac , as a <br /> measuxe to enforce such Owner's position,or far any other reason. <br /> 13.2 Remedies.
